No — health coaching is forward-focused and action-oriented. While we may explore mindset and emotional patterns as they relate to your health, health coaching is not a substitute for therapy or mental health treatment. If you need clinical support, I'll always be transparent about that.
Not at all. All sessions can be completed fully online via video call, meaning you can work with me from anywhere in New Zealand — Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch, or a rural town. In-person sessions may be available in certain locations — get in touch to ask.
Life happens — and flexibility is built into the programme. Sessions can be rescheduled with notice, and between-session support means you're never left without guidance. We adapt as things come up.
Absolutely, and I encourage it. Health coaching works best as a complement to medical care — not a replacement. I often work alongside clients who are managing chronic conditions, going through perimenopause, or recovering from burnout with medical support in place.
